Organizations are living social spaces. Here is where different interests, expectations, and worldviews meet. Sometimes this leads to resonance—and at other times to conflict. I am interested in what happens in such moments: how systems in a stuck can be liberated and how to establish room for maneuver.
My work is rooted in organizational development and group dynamics sourcing from psychodramatic practices and techniques. I support people and teams in sorting through complex situations, exploring different perspectives together, and developing decisions that remain viable under pressure. Body-centered interventions are an integral part of my work, complementing analytical learning processes with intuitive decision-making.

In my workshops and trainings sparks fly: I encourage teams to embrace new ideas and develop their own suctions to challenges. With creative methods, I open up fresh perspectives and foster collaboratively developed outcomes. I make sure, that everyone feels seen and actively engaged in the process. Especially in dynamic and complex situations I provide clarity and structure. This empowers teams to re-adjust themselves whilst navigating the tension between innovation and feasibility, openness and focus.

I work as a conflict consultant, trainer and group facilitator: creative, spontaneous, action-oriented and in close contact to people.
Over ten years of experience in youth welfare, violence prevention and intensive group work have taught me to remain calm and hold the space even in tense or distrustful situations. My creativity, spontaneity and powers of observation ensure that every process stays alive and that, in decisive moments, exactly the right thing can emerge.

Alongside a wide range of methods in personal and organisational development, I draw on more than 15 years of experience in higher education and project management.
