Here you will find information on our upcoming events, trainings, and workshops. Details on conditions, locations, and any prerequisites can be found in the description of each event.
Our aim is to make these offerings accessible to as many people as possible. If you have specific needs or questions regarding participation, please feel free to get in touch — we will try to integrate your requirement as much as possible.
This also applies to the participation fee: if the listet cost currently presents a barrier for you, don’t hesitate to reach out as well. In most cases, we are able to find a solution.
Every Monday, we gather at Punk & Perspektiven for Zen meditation, and anyone interested is welcome to join us.
The core of the practice is sitting in silence - Zazen. Afterwards we share a cup of tea together
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session begins.

Do you feel the urge to change something — and wonder what your next steps could be?
We serve orientation in a dialogue format. In the Menu of Possibilities, a structured workshop in 3 courses, you explore questions about personal or professional change in an open and supportive setting.
In a small group of up to eight participants, we move step by step from reflecting on your current situation to identifying options and shaping possible next steps. We work with simple visual and experiential methods. As with any good gathering around a table, small refreshments and drinks accompany the process.
New perspectives in three courses:
The workshop invites you on a journey toward greater clarity and more conscious decisions. Thinking small is absolutely welcome — sometimes the next step begins with a small shift in perspective.

How we work
We work together with you using methods from psychodrama, developed by Jacob L. Moreno in the early 20th century. This approach makes conflicts, roles, and relationship patterns not only discussable but also visible and tangible in the room.Participants explore their concerns through short enacted scenes, experiment with perspective shifts and role changes, and develop new insights as well as concrete options for action.
Conflicts are condensed relationship situations. Resolving them requires taking a position — and the willingness to be challenged or unsettled. This takes courage: the courage to stand by one’s own convictions, and the readiness to recognize where the values of the other become visible and question one’s own understanding of the world.
Resonance in conflict situations emerges where both become possible at the same time: clarity about one’s own stance and openness to the impact of the other. Learning to grasp these two dimensions in one’s own experience — and at the same time move toward constructive, solution-oriented action with a conflict partner — is something that can be practiced.
