MODULE 1: CLARIFYING LEADERSHIP (3 sessions × 90 min)
We consider personality, team and environment to be key factors influencing your leadership behaviour. Building on this, we reflect on your leadership style and develop the impulses that you would like to strengthen or develop further in a targeted manner.
MODULE 2: UNDERSTANDING & DEALING WITH CONFLICTS (3 sessions × 90 min)
We analyse conflict dynamics and your role in them using a specific case from your everyday leadership experience. In doing so, we clarify your contribution, your opportunities for influence and the next steps for constructive leadership practice.
MODULE 3: EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION (3 sessions × 90 min)
We develop your communicative effectiveness based on non-violent communication, combining attitude, role and language. Biographical influences reveal what strengthens your communication and where further clarity can be gained.

The decision making lab s a one-day training course for teams who want to strengthen their decision-making skills.
Specifically, we test the effects of different forms of decision-making, reflect on areas of tension between participation, efficiency and responsibility, and clarify which decision-making logics fit our own team culture.
After the training, teams will have a common understanding of decision-making options and concrete tools to make clearer, more conscious and more responsible decisions in a wide variety of situations.
1 day of training with a high degree of personalisation
Feedback is effective when all voices are heard and it strengthens cohesion.
Our format offers a clearly structured feedback process for managers and teams that creates psychological safety and reveals different perspectives.
Procedure:
1) Online session to clarify the framework,
2) structured online team survey to assess the manager,
3) moderated feedback session in person with concrete agreements.
The manager then knows what they can work on specifically. The team gains clarity and confidence in their interactions.

Tensions are part of everyday working life. When they remain unaddressed, collaboration suffers. We support organizations in recognizing conflicts early and developing constructive ways of dealing with them.
In this format, we work with prototypical conflict situations and combine short inputs with reflection and practical exercises. This helps participants understand how conflicts arise – and how they can be used in productive ways.
Through the training, conflict dynamics can be recognized earlier and tensions addressed more effectively before they escalate. Interaction becomes clearer, more conscious, and more capable of action.

When situations escalate and threats or violence become possible.
Aggressive remarks, threats, and boundary violations are not uncommon in some people-facing professional contexts.
Balancing professionalism, goodwill, and personal safety requires the ability to set clear boundaries and act decisively. This seminar is designed as a simulation space for real-life situations. We work scenically and physically with what is effective and enables participants to act with confidence in their specific professional contexts.
