Here you will find information and dates for our upcoming events, training sessions and workshops.
Available on request at your premises as well.
Systemic constellations help to create clarity, resolve blockages and discover new possibilities for action.
In this one-day workshop, you will learn:
– how SySt® works
– where it can be applied, and
– which patterns – perhaps in your own life as well – may be operating in the background.
We look forward to an inspiring exchange, shared learning and plenty of hands-on practice.
Every Monday we meet at Punk & Perspektiven at Jungfernstieg for Zen meditation, and anyone interested is very welcome to join us.
We offer an open and accessible session that requires no previous experience and is open to people of all faiths and backgrounds.
At the heart of the practice is sitting in silence – known as zazen. We also share tea together afterwards.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the session begins. We kindly ask you to register in advance by email.
Boundaries protect and structure us – and at the same time, they make a vibrant connection with the world possible.
They are both a matter of attitude and a physical expression. Only by sensing and respecting our own physical and emotional limits can we use them to engage meaningfully with others – to give and receive connection.
Drawing inspiration from Michel Foucault’s insights on power relations and Hartmut Rosa’s concept of our relationship to the world, we explore how setting boundaries and experiencing resonance go hand in hand.
Our work includes small role-play exercises, shifts in perspective, and plenty of humour.
We look forward to welcoming you!
